We design the double shoulder sleeve for our customers upon request. We have found, in most cases, there is an existing, older shoulder injury and a new shoulder injury or one shoulder injury that is more severe than the other. We design the brace to have a shorter arm on the existing (less severe) injury that covers only the shoulder itself and the normal longer arm on the new (more severe) injury. We increase the compression ratio on the shorter arm to compartmentalize the shoulder joint.

The abduction strap is only available on the longer arm. This design has worked very well for our customers. Simply use to measurement tutorial on our website and choose which shoulder needs the longer arm.

The Angle compression double shoulder brace is designed to accommodate bilateral shoulder injuries (subluxations) and slight separations which are most often caused by impact trauma, overuse or a single violent twist or downward/upward thrust to the shoulder. The Angle is also designed to attempt to reduce some of the effects of genetic shoulder instability relative to Elhers Danlos-syndrome by compressing, compartmentalizing and stabilizing the shoulder joint and the musculature of the entire shoulder region.

As with our other Bodyguards, the Angle double shoulder brace will provide significant compression and strain distribution to the injured area. Because of its inner surface, the Angle compression shoulder brace attaches to and envelopes the entire muscle group to include the chest, upper back and shoulder.

By attaching to the wearer, along with the compression, The Angle transfers elastic energy, spreads shoulder strain over the entire working surface of the garment and works to prevent repeat shoulder dislocations. Thus, the Angle has application in a wide array of sports activities in which shoulder strain, overuse and injury occur, such as football, baseball, basketball, wrestling, hockey and volleyball. The Angle Compression Double Shoulder Brace:

1. Provides consistent even compression which creates muscle support and reduces muscle vibration which in turn reduces the likelihood of muscle strain and tear.
2. Provides heat circulation which reduces warm-up time and raises muscle temperature to its optimum performance level of (38.5C) and then maintains it, again reducing the likelihood of tears and strains caused by muscle cooling during short breaks.
3. The Angle transfers its elastic energy to the muscles, ligaments, tendons and subdeltoid bursa sac of the wearer and thereby spreads shoulder strain over the entire working surface of the garment which works to prevent repeat shoulder injuries and dislocations.
4. Delays the onset of muscle fatigue by assisting with muscle flexion and extension and absorbing the fatigue inducing shock and vibration that your muscles normally absorb so that you can perform at a higher level longer than your competition.
